Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with two or more national customers generating over $500K in annual net revenue
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service
- Coordinate with sales and operations to set up new accounts and maintain profitability through service expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Five years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and/or sales services
- Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship development with customers and internal teams
- Demonstrated project or account management skills
