Key Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with two or more national customers generating over $500K in annual net revenue
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service
• Coordinate with sales and operations to set up new accounts and maintain profitability through service expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Five years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and/or sales services
• Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship development with customers and internal teams
• Demonstrated project or account management skills
