Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and scale critical policies and governance frameworks for its global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Govern and maintain core sales policies, ensuring clarity, fairness, and global consistency
- Lead the account dispute process, resolving ownership conflicts in a timely manner
- Identify and redesign governance systems to scale with company growth, introducing automation and AI-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and Renewals Strategy roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive improvements in sales workflows through cross-functional project management
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales tech tools; experience with Renewals or Customer Success teams is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of leading complex projects
- Bachelor's degree from a top university; focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred
