Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Learning Program Coordinator Lead - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for onboarding initiatives, including structure, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Navigate internal databases to identify and extract relevant sales materials and maintain a structured repository of onboarding materials
- Collaborate with business leaders to adapt onboarding programs to reflect regional sales practices and facilitate feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in sales enablement or onboarding functions
- Experience navigating and leveraging large-scale content databases and knowledge libraries
- Strong sales sensibility with the ability to identify high-impact resources for training
- Proficiency in Confluence, Salesforce/CRM Platforms, LMS platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Good understanding of sales processes, enablement strategies, and onboarding best practices is advantageous
