Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to Direct Sales Directors (DSDs) in selling services to new and existing clients
- Oversee the development of outbound call/email campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Create and implement onboarding and training programs for Direct Sales Directors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in sales
- 2-4 years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in employee benefits or payroll industries
