Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Hubspot's capabilities to support the sales team through process improvements, measurement, tracking, and analytics
- Track and analyze key metrics to improve sales funnel performance and revenue attainment
- Manage Hubspot governance, ensuring data cleanliness, updates, and maintaining critical reports and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, particularly with CRM data hygiene and dashboards in HubSpot
- Strong understanding of the sales process and systems supporting GTM teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot's reporting and automation features
- Experience with tools like Google Sheets and willingness to learn Gainsight and HubSpot
- Experience collaborating across sales and marketing teams to support operational processes
