Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incentive compensation program administration and ensure timely payments
- Support sales training and maintain dashboards for tracking sales performance and field activity
- Coordinate field communications and manage operational elements for the sales team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4-8 years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or commercial analytics
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Knowledge of incentive compensation design principles and experience with CRM tools preferred
