• Develop foundational Snowflake tables and create dashboards for automated insights and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a focus on building scalable processes
