A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to empower its Sales organization with data, analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the quote-to-cash process, providing Deal Desk support to sales
- Build and optimize CRM configurations, ensuring data integrity and coordinating sales tool adoption
- Execute territory updates and maintain data hygiene across relevant systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with administrative experience
- Proficiency in Gsheets/Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Mode
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Administrative experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Clari is a plus
