Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and program coordination functions to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Manage weekly sales team calls and pipeline management across various stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management/Operations
- Native English language proficiency or C2 level
- Experience in sales planning and knowledge of CRM systems
- Data analysis skills, particularly in Excel
- Familiarity with SMB Telesales programs and Microsoft's ecosystem is a plus
