Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage incentive programs to promote ethical sales practices and member-first behaviors
- Monitor performance trends and recommend enhancements to drive sales effectiveness and employee engagement
- Create communication strategies to explain incentive plans and serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with sales incentive and recognition plans, sales operations, and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of incentives and employee rewards systems to drive performance behaviors
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability with Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and contribute to team effectiveness
