Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative support for sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer and sales data within Oracle for contract bookings
- Support the contract booking process, including contract review and preparation of amendment letters
- Manage contracts through the booking process and maintain tracking for Preventative maintenance renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle and Salesforce (preferred)
- Order Management experience (preferred)
- Contract negotiation experience (preferred)
