A company is looking for a Sales Systems Specialist II to support the enterprise sales team by managing and maintaining various sales technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows and improve overall sales effectiveness
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on using sales systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
- Minimum three years of proven experience as a sales systems specialist, including Salesforce.com administration
- Minimum three years of experience in research and reporting to analyze sales data
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools and data dashboards/programming
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with various sales tools and software
