A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Minimize churn by strategically offering product bundles and maintaining customer relationships
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and proactively engage clients at high churn points
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Wireless experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
- Experience in managing a sales funnel from lead generation to closing
