Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
  • Minimize churn by strategically offering product bundles and maintaining customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and proactively engage clients at high churn points
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Wireless experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Experience in managing a sales funnel from lead generation to closing
