A company is looking for a Sales Training & Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members
- Develop and deliver impactful training programs focused on product knowledge, pricing, and sales processes
- Track onboarding progress and continuously improve training programs based on metrics and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
- Experience in building onboarding programs and conducting role play workshops
- Ability to create high-quality training content such as playbooks and guides
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales tool stacks
