A company is looking for a CRM Systems Lead to manage and scale their Salesforce-driven Go-To-Market technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined workflows
- Act as primary administrator for GTM tools and manage their integration with Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design system improvements that enhance pipeline growth and forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
- Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or operations roles
- Experience managing GTM tools and integrating them with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
