A company is looking for a Market Development Specialist to join the Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, and nurture leads while providing administrative support to sales representatives
- Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover needs and maintain detailed documentation in CRM
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma with equivalent experience accepted
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or account management
- Proven ability to meet quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Consultative selling and solution validation mindset with strong research and prospecting skills
