Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Life Sciences industry
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions including R&D and commercial
- Develop tailored account plans and lead renewal and upsell motions
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or analytics company, with at least 2+ years supporting Life Sciences clients
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech organizations and data usage for strategic decision-making
- Proven success in managing complex accounts and driving retention and growth
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
