Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to oversee complex AP processes and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations and review high-value, complex vendors and invoices
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, procedures, and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with S/4HANA or other AP automation tools is a plus
