A company is looking for a Senior/Staff AI Researcher to advance Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research to design, implement, and evaluate novel approaches for GenAI models
• Lead technical development from research prototypes to production-ready systems, ensuring real-world impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into products and monitor emerging trends in generative AI

Required Qualifications

• PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an AI researcher, with at least 2+ years focused on GenAI technologies
• Experience in developing tools and infrastructure for data preprocessing and model deployment
• Strong background in parallel/distributed computing and various machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems
