Senior Customer Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer - DGX Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand workloads and develop solutions for success
• Inform and implement best practices for cloud-based solutions
• Advocate for customer needs across the organization and present to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in designing and building distributed systems and infrastructure
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, Python, or Rust
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed task scheduling
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps tooling
