Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a remote team of Sales Engineers across the Americas
- Align the Sales Engineering team with regional GTM and Marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Implement and refine demonstration methodologies to enhance technical sales engagement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical pre-sales roles, with 5+ years in Sales Engineering leadership
- Proven success in DevSecOps, Application Lifecycle, or Enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience with complex enterprise accounts and regulated industries
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery toolchain and agile security practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
