Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L and cash flow
• Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
• Advanced financial modeling and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
