Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join their Development Accounting and Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in capital expenditure, project, and accounts payable systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and improvement opportunities
• Drive automation of manual processes and workflows related to capital projects reporting and accounts payable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance systems or accounting analyst role
• Experience implementing or optimizing financial systems and process improvement initiatives
• Experience with writing reports in large ERP systems such as Oracle or Workday
• Familiarity with real estate development lifecycle and capital project tracking
