Senior Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented HCM Cloud solutions and address system issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and its modules
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools including HDL, HCM Extracts, and BIP Reports
• Experience writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Familiarity with OIC Integrations and knowledge of cloud computing (SaaS and PaaS)
• Ability to multitask under pressure and manage various deadlines
