Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Sales Consultant to enhance clients' sales performance and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and optimize client sales and service processes, designing scalable strategies to meet goals
  • Provide expertise in sales methodologies and HubSpot tools, staying updated on best practices
  • Develop training plans for technology adoption and mentor fellow consultants to improve practices
Required Qualifications
  • Mid to senior-level experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, or B2B sales strategy
  • Certification in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Dale Carnegie is preferred
  • Proven expertise in sales process design and CRM requirements gathering
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is required
