A company is looking for a Senior Solution Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires as a technical subject matter expert
- Lead technical discovery and documentation for integrations with CX partners
- Ensure continuity between sales activities and customer onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect role
- Strong understanding of telecom, UCaaS/CCaaS, and enterprise voice technologies
- Experience with responding to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems, APIs, and cross-platform integrations
- Experience in a high-velocity or partner-driven sales environment is preferred
