Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices
- Provide technical support via various channels and handle escalations as a subject matter expert
- Identify trends and improvement areas through case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
- Proficient in SQL and scripting languages (Python, bash/shell)
- Experience with SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL
- Familiarity with APIs, REST calls, and various operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)
