Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices
  • Provide technical support via various channels and handle escalations as a subject matter expert
  • Identify trends and improvement areas through case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages (Python, bash/shell)
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST calls, and various operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)
