Senior Publisher Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Publisher Support Engineer to troubleshoot and optimize live ads on publisher websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the troubleshooting and adjustment of live ads, writing unique JavaScript and CSS solutions as needed
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, managing complex projects independently and keeping the team informed
• Serve as a key communication point, effectively interacting with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in frontend web design using JavaScript and HTML; knowledge of React and SPA frameworks required
• 2+ years of experience with SQL
• Advanced knowledge of the AdTech industry with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and configuring ad wrappers
• Proven understanding of the supply-side business and its relationship with revenue and user experience
• Extensive experience debugging live websites and understanding ad code
