Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the investor relations program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investor information in CRM and spreadsheets, and filter inquiries from investors
- Coordinate meetings and logistics for investor events, including roadshows and conferences
- Provide administrative support to the VP, including calendar management and expense reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and 8+ years in administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in managing external vendors and logistics for events
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Concur is preferred
