Support Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Infrastructure Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of DDI solutions, configuring and managing Infoblox appliances
• Act as a top-level escalation point for complex DDI issues and perform root cause analysis
• Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like Python or Ansible to streamline DDI processes

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and the Infoblox NIOS platform
• Relevant Infoblox certifications are often required or preferred
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and VLANs
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python for automation solutions
• Several years of hands-on experience in a DDI-focused network engineering or infrastructure role
