Senior Trade Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of response for customer trading and system functionality inquiries
• Write detailed user stories for production support items and manage client contacts through problem ownership
• Monitor system performance, test software releases, and provide off-hours remote support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET
• Experience in the financial and trading industry is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and troubleshooting complex issues is required
