A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of response for customer trading and system functionality inquiries
- Write detailed user stories for production support items and manage client contacts through problem ownership
- Monitor system performance, test software releases, and provide off-hours remote support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET
- Experience in the financial and trading industry is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and troubleshooting complex issues is required
