Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide internal support for AP classroom using a Smartsheet tracker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake cycle for escalations and ensure accurate cataloging in Smartsheet
  • Provide timely responses and status updates for escalations to submitters and teams
  • Monitor and track the escalation process, ensuring resolution within specified timeframes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an educational setting
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet and Jira
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
