A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide internal support for AP classroom using a Smartsheet tracker.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake cycle for escalations and ensure accurate cataloging in Smartsheet
- Provide timely responses and status updates for escalations to submitters and teams
- Monitor and track the escalation process, ensuring resolution within specified timeframes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an educational setting
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
