Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions Support Engineers to provide exceptional technical support
  • Drive projects to improve team productivity and processes, while participating in incident retrospectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers on escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and customer advocacy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing support engineering teams in a high-paced operations environment
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related fields
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Previous experience working with external customers
  • Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, and cloud computing technologies
