Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions Support Engineers to provide exceptional technical support
- Drive projects to improve team productivity and processes, while participating in incident retrospectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and customer advocacy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing support engineering teams in a high-paced operations environment
- 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related fields
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Previous experience working with external customers
- Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, and cloud computing technologies
