A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer responsible for supporting and enhancing software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve software and process-related issues for internal and external customers
- Document specifications, design, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout
- Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system requirements
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- 4-5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in Linux environments and Java frameworks
- Experience with automation tools (Jenkins, Octopus) and IT automation tools (Ansible)
- Proficient in databases and data processing pipelines
- Skilled in Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
