Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Product Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues on the network and partner eCommerce platforms
- Reproduce issues through coding, identify source code problems, and provide feedback to engineering teams
- Create Knowledge Articles for L1/L2 teams and advocate for customer interests within the organization
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of programming experience, preferably in JavaScript or Python
- Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP
- Experience with shell commands
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Experience using or building APIs and integrating software solutions
