Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their architecture and business objectives
- Provide consultation on system design, data flows, and integrations to maximize performance and scalability
- Lead technical workshops and conduct health reviews to deliver actionable recommendations and improve client outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise SaaS deployments
- Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), RESTful APIs, and SSO protocols
- Experience in Corporate Security Operations, Executive Protection, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into strategic business recommendations
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
