Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for platform-based services and digital transformation in the insurance sector
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets through client engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients and represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility
Required Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in sales or business development in the P&C insurance technology or services sector
- Proven success in selling technology-enabled services, particularly those involving platform solutions and AI/ML
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in claims, underwriting, policy administration, or risk management
- Prior experience at an insurtech or technology consulting firm is preferred
- Relevant industry certifications such as CPCU or ARM are advantageous
