Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the strategic and operational supply chain, covering end-to-end processes including demand/supply planning, procurement, and logistics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service levels, procurement spend, and distribution logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and manage new product launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 15+ years of supply chain and operations experience, preferably in prestige beauty sectors
• Operational experience across key supply chain functions including planning, procurement, and logistics
• Experience in both large CPG organizations and startup/scale-up companies
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives
