Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Operations Manager to serve as the operational bridge between Success Management, Service, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for advisor success management, coordinating and resolving complex service issues
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days
- 5+ years of financial services experience, including exposure to W2 and 1099 advisor models
- 3+ years of experience in service, operations, or branch administration
- Experience working in or closely with service or operations teams within a broker-dealer or custodian environment is preferred
- Familiarity with escalation management and exception-handling processes
