Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant II to provide pre-sales technical and strategic support to clients and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into business value
- Provide functional and technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of the platform and APIs
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and conduct custom Security Reviews while advocating for customers internally
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role, focusing on SaaS
- A technical background with experience working with APIs
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin preferred
