- Proven track record of managing and growing complex technical customers
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in tracking KPIs such as NRR, GRR, and ARR
- Commitment to customer success and enhancing the customer experience
- Ability to engage with team members across functions and a passion for learning new technologies
