A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to students preparing for exams across various programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students via chat, phone, and email, providing timely and empathetic support
- Help students navigate course materials, testing logistics, and personalized study planning
- Track and support student satisfaction, contributing to service goals and team success metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Experience or familiarity with MCAT, LSAT, or the test prep space is a plus, but not required
