A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner- US.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and onboard top talent for Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Design and enhance interview processes to assess candidates' competencies and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Lead and contribute to building best-in-class talent processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in commercial and GTM recruitment, with a focus on Field Sales recruitment preferred
- Experience in the tech sector and a start-up/scale-up environment
- Must be based in the EST timezone
- Proven experience in building talent pipelines and networks
- Strong experience in interview design and reporting capabilities
