Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 10 Creator Support Specialists to drive performance and professional growth
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling and workload balancing, while monitoring key performance metrics
- Handle escalated creator cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support or creator success, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding team members
- Strong people management and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing talent
- High emotional intelligence and ability to balance empathy with accountability
- Familiarity with support platforms and analytics tools is a plus
