Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling and workload balancing, while monitoring key performance metrics
  • Handle escalated creator cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and customer insights
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support or creator success, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding team members
  • Strong people management and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing talent
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to balance empathy with accountability
  • Familiarity with support platforms and analytics tools is a plus
