Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through their journey and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive early success for new customers and maintain productive relationships with existing customers
  • Own customer account relationships, including onboarding, training, and increasing user engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of software support experience
  • 2+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably in a start-up
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the cybersecurity SaaS field
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or a history of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proven experience with application/internet-based customer support
