Key Responsibilities
- Drive early success for new customers and maintain productive relationships with existing customers
- Own customer account relationships, including onboarding, training, and increasing user engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of software support experience
- 2+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably in a start-up
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the cybersecurity SaaS field
- Prior experience in Customer Success or a history of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven experience with application/internet-based customer support
