Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers and promote products while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, refunds, payments, and orders
• Personalize customer experiences and promote additional products
• Maintain a high-paced call volume while de-escalating unique situations

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Georgia, Tennessee, or Virginia
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred
• Must have a self-provided computer or laptop that meets system requirements
• Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply
