Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers and promote products while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, refunds, payments, and orders
- Personalize customer experiences and promote additional products
- Maintain a high-paced call volume while de-escalating unique situations
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Georgia, Tennessee, or Virginia
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must have a self-provided computer or laptop that meets system requirements
