Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service as a single point of contact for member inquiries across various channels
- Educate members on benefit plans, including FSAs, HSAs, and HRAs, while guiding them through their healthcare experience
- Resolve member complaints and conduct necessary research to address issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Service-driven mindset with an aptitude for learning and retention
