Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist to support the development and delivery of training programs for the Customer Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions and build materials for internal tools and product knowledge
• Update and manage the onboarding program for new customer team members
• Coordinate Go-to-Market events and manage the sales enablement platform

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales enablement, or learning & development
• Experience with Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), and Gong is a plus
• Experience in enabling sales and customer success organizations is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative and proactive approach to completing tasks independently
