Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist to support the development and delivery of training programs for the Customer Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions and build materials for internal tools and product knowledge
- Update and manage the onboarding program for new customer team members
- Coordinate Go-to-Market events and manage the sales enablement platform
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales enablement, or learning & development
- Experience with Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), and Gong is a plus
- Experience in enabling sales and customer success organizations is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative and proactive approach to completing tasks independently
