Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN for the Throughput Center, a remote position focused on patient placement and staffing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert and point of contact for patient transfers and admissions
• Assign patients to appropriate units based on facility-specific criteria
• Coordinate staffing logistics and collaborate with care teams using EMR and electronic scheduling systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Telemetry or higher acuity nursing
• BLS certification required
• Must reside within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
