Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Readiness Engineer responsible for ensuring new customers and services are operationally ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for assigned projects involving new services and customers
- Identify training and resource requirements and develop process flows and work instructions
- Provide early life support and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of professional A/V and Video Teleconferencing systems
- Experience in Conference Production and Helpdesk Support is a plus
- Preferred training in Cisco and Polycom Endpoints and Infrastructure
- Intermediate/Advanced level in Word, Excel, and Visio
